Casegood furniture is made from E1/E2 Grade MDF/Plywood/HDF with natural veneer and 0.6mm thickness. Upholstery features high-grade fabric/PU leather (minimum 30,000 double rubs) and high-density rebound foam. Solid wood has an 8% water content, and joints are dowelled, glued, and screwed with corner blocks. Taiwan Dabao brand eco-friendly paint is used, with drawer slides featuring self-closing Chinese brand hardware. Stainless steel is Grade 304, and all joints are tight and uniform before shipping, with special treatment for acid/alkali resistance, insect prevention, and anti-corrosion.
