It originated in Shanghai in 2005.In 2008, I entered the research and development of NBR foam products with ethylene based coatings. After 6 years, the coating process stabilized and trial production began.In 2012, through independent research and development practice, we obtained the formula for preparing buoyancy materials for life saving, breaking the dependence on imports and achieving self-sufficiency.In 2014, ethylene based NBR coated foam products were mass-produced and sold to the international market; In the same year, we began to develop molds for one-time molding of NBR products.In 2015, vinyl coated NBR foam products began to make profits, becoming a manufacturer of large dipping (vinyl coating) products in Chinese Mainland. Having independent intellectual property rights, the company currently has 15 authorized patents, one invention patent, 14 utility model and design patents, and 4 registered trademarks.In April 2016, it was relocated to Baochang Town, Haimen District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province.In September 2017, Dipping (ethylene based coating) products were widely promoted to the world market. The products are exported to various supermarkets in the United States, such as COSTCO, MEIJER, WALMART, etc; Started developing water-based coatings in the same year;In 2020, the company built a 100000 level clean factory and added 1500 square meters of supporting facilities, beginning to enter the development of medical products;Obtained FDA registration in March 2020;In the eighth year of the 2021 calendar, the research and development of the mold foam NBR one-time molding product was successful, entering the stage of equipment and process finalization;In August 2022, water-based coatings tended to stabilize. Starting from August 2022, the company completely abandoned the production of oil-based coatings and switched to water-based coatings, which are more environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless;In August 2023, small-scale trial production of mold foam NBR one-time formed products;
