How CantonFair.co data works
This page explains what data is shown on CantonFair.co, where it comes from, how it is processed, and what its limitations are.
Current dataset: 139th Canton Fair archive
All exhibitor profiles, product categories, product groups, supplier regions and booth data shown on CantonFair.co are based on the 139th Canton Fair — the latest available Canton Fair exhibitor dataset on this site.
This dataset is referred to throughout the site as the “139th Canton Fair archive” or the “latest available exhibitor dataset.” It is independent, third-party data and is not the official Canton Fair exhibitor list.
When will the 140th Canton Fair data be added?
The 140th Canton Fair exhibitor list is not yet available on CantonFair.co. Exhibitor details for a new edition are typically released close to or on the opening day of the fair.
Until the 140th exhibitor list is published, the 139th archive remains the most recent available dataset. Buyers can use the 139th data to research product categories, discover suppliers and prepare for their sourcing trip — many exhibitors and product categories are consistent across editions, though final 140th booth numbers, hall assignments and product listings will differ and should be confirmed through official channels.
What data fields are included?
Each exhibitor profile includes, where available:
- Company name
- Product category and product groups
- Booth number and hall/floor
- Phase (1, 2 or 3)
- Country/region of origin
- Company description
- Product listings
Contact information (phone, email, WhatsApp) for exhibitors is available via our paid contact bundle service. Website URLs and direct contact details are gated to prevent harvesting and misuse.
Data completeness and limitations
- Not all records are complete. Some exhibitor profiles may have missing booth numbers, product descriptions or category assignments. These are labeled where possible.
- Data may change between editions. Booth numbers, hall assignments and product categories frequently change between editions of the fair. Always verify current booth and registration details through the official Canton Fair portal before your visit.
- Exhibitor counts may differ from official figures. Our independent dataset may not include every exhibitor, and some records may represent multiple booths from the same company. Counts are for reference only.
- Phase 0 records are excluded. Records with no valid phase assignment are excluded from public listings.
- Test and incomplete records are not shown. Records that appear to be test, reviewer or placeholder entries are filtered from public pages.
How categories, phases and regions work
Product categories on CantonFair.co correspond to the category structure used by the Canton Fair. Each category is associated with one or more phases (1, 2 or 3). Phase assignments reflect the phase in which exhibitors in that category typically exhibit, based on the 139th edition data.
Regions and countries reflect the country or province of origin as recorded in the exhibitor dataset. Some variations in spelling or region labeling may exist between records; we normalize these where possible.

If you find an error in an exhibitor profile, incorrect category assignment, or outdated information, please contact us:
Include the company name, booth number (if known), and a description of the correction needed. We review all correction requests manually before applying changes.
