About this product

Technical grade zeolite prepared by combining sodium aluminate with sodium silicate, used as a phosphorus-free water softening agent in washing powders. The zeolite exchanges sodium ions for calcium and iron cations to remove hardness minerals and can be regenerated with sodium chloride solution.
