The furnace wall has a fireproofing thickness of 568mm, utilizing silicate insulation board and high-strength lightweight insulating brick. Grade I aluminum bricks are used for the furnace hearth slag line and working layer of the furnace bottom, while Grade III aluminum bricks are used for other sections. The furnace door and fire mouth are constructed from high-quality, low-cement, high-strength castable material.
