About this product

This automatic dough mixer features a safety overload switch to protect the unit from damage and a stainless steel bowl guard to prevent contact with the agitator. For enhanced safety, the mixer will not operate if the bowl guard is open, the bowl is lowered, or the bowl is removed. It also includes a 30-minute timer for convenience.
