This pizza counter chiller features a ventilated cooling system with a high efficiency compressor and R290 refrigerant, operating at 32℃. It is constructed from food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel with 60mm thick, ozone-friendly insulation and includes an adjustable shelf and a thickened self-closing door with a removable gasket.
