Enoxaparin Sodium has the most indications among low molecular heparins, used for preventing venous embolic disease, treating deep vein thrombosis, and preventing thrombosis in hemodialysis. It is also effective with aspirin for unstable angina pectoris and non-Q wave myocardial infarction.
