This floor spring has dimensions of 311mm*146mm*52mm and is suitable for doors up to 1000mm wide and 90kg in weight. It features two-stage speed adjustment, mechanical hold open at 90 or 105 degrees, and a pressure-reducing valve to prevent damage from strong closing forces. The spring uses special oil for operation in temperatures ranging from -45 to 50 degrees Centigrade.
