About this product
Geosynthetic clay liners are composite geomaterials consisting of natural sodium bentonite sandwiched between two layers of geosynthetic materials, used as an environmentally friendly alternative to compacted clay liners for waterproofing and seepage prevention. The bentonite swells when exposed to water to form a low-permeability barrier, while the outer geotextile or geomembrane layers provide tear resistance, tensile strength, and chemical resistance.
