About this product
Oats are pelletized and then cooked in a digester at 0.3-0.4 MPa and 90-100°C for 1 hour to soften them. Cooked oats are then pressed into thin slices, approximately 0.3mm thick, by a hydraulic double rolling machine to prevent fat oxidation and maintain product quality.
