This heat pipe solar water heater features TP2 copper for its main flow channel, with header pipes at φ35*0.9mm and sub-pipes at φ16*0.9mm, joined by silver base electrode welding for strong adhesion. The durable, corrosion-resistant shell is made of 1.2mm thick silver/black 6063T5 aluminum alloy, and aluminum silicate cotton is used between the inner tank and polyurethane for heat retention and high-temperature resistance.
