Microfiber yarn is created by conjugating materials during spinning into silks, then spun into yarns of 150 Denier with 96 filaments. After weaving and a heat texturizing process, the fibers split into 16 ultra-thin filaments, resulting in maximum surface area and an angular shape with micropores.
