About this product

This monocrystalline solar cell features an N-type TOPCon structure with a 210mm cell size. The positive surface is treated with alkali and coated with n-type crystal silicon and a blue silicon nitride film, while the back field is covered by P-type silicon with a passivation film and an aluminum layer.
