Color coated coils are manufactured from hot-dip galvanized, hot-dip aluminum-zinc, or electro-galvanized steel sheets. The substrate undergoes surface pretreatment including chemical degreasing and conversion coating, followed by application of organic coating layers that are baked and cured.
