This production line utilizes a melt impregnation process for continuous and stable molding of PPS-unidirectional adhesive tape, enabling quantitative production. High-performance PPS granules are extruded and quantitatively transported by a melt pump, then dispersed and impregnated with continuous carbon fiber in a mold.
