The ST series single phase brush alternator undergoes a multi-stage manufacturing process including lamination stamping, rotor die-casting, manual and semi-automatic winding, vacuum varnishing, machining, rotor balancing, painting, assembly, and packing. All spare parts are inspected, and each process and the final product are 100% tested.
