About this product

This wedge is made of 45# steel with an EG surface. It requires punching to shape, smoothing of burrs, hardening to Rc 40-45 via heat treating, and zinc plating as per ASTM B-633 (SC-3) with heat treatment to prevent hydrogen embrittlement and strain aging.
