These URD cables feature ASTM 8000 Series aluminum alloy conductors and XLPE insulation that is resistant to weather, abrasion, crushing, and sunlight. They are manufactured and tested according to ANSI/ICEA S-105-692, UL-854, and UL-44 standards for utility underground distribution and triple-rated USE-2/RHH/RHW-2 cables.
