Weichai's 226B series engines are produced through a joint venture with Deutz, utilizing mature Deutz technology. Building upon the 226B series, Weichai developed the WP4/WP6 series engines by increasing the stroke and optimizing the design with minimal changes, meeting Euro III standards and entering large-scale production.
