Hotel booking assistance: We help you secure accommodation at our network of partner hotels, including rooms that are allocated in advance and blocked for VIP buyers — these are often available even when the general public booking site shows no availability.

Priority exhibitor matching: Before you arrive, we analyse your sourcing categories and purchasing requirements and pre-identify the 20 most relevant suppliers for your specific needs from the full exhibitor database. You receive a curated shortlist with booth locations, company profiles and product highlights — eliminating the need to walk the entire hall searching for relevant exhibitors.

Dedicated WhatsApp/WeChat support during the fair: A member of our team is available via WhatsApp or WeChat throughout the fair period to answer logistics questions, help locate exhibitors, provide sourcing advice and assist with any issues that arise on the ground.

Platinum and Diamond Tier — USD 1,000,000+ annual China purchasing

For buyers operating at significant scale — USD 1 million or more annually in China purchasing — our Platinum and Diamond tier services provide a fully managed Canton Fair experience from arrival to departure.

Airport pickup: Private car transfer from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Hong Kong International Airport directly to your hotel or the Canton Fair Complex. No taxi queues, no metro navigation on your first day.

Hotel arrangement: We arrange accommodation in selected 5-star partner hotels including the W Guangzhou (on Pazhou Island), Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, and The Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou. Email support@cantonfair.co with the following information: your company name and country, your name and role, your annual China purchasing volume (approximate), your main sourcing categories (e.g., electronics, hardware, textiles), which edition of the Canton Fair you are attending (spring or autumn, year), and which phases you plan to attend.

Our team will review your information and contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange a brief consultation call (15–20 minutes via video or phone). This call allows us to understand your specific sourcing needs, confirm your tier eligibility, and explain exactly which services will benefit you most.

After the call, we send a services confirmation outlining the exact benefits, logistics and any associated service fees. Gold Tier badge delivery and exhibitor matching are included as part of our partner hotel booking service. Platinum and Diamond tier services are bespoke — fees are discussed and agreed individually based on the specific services required.

Applications should be submitted at least 6–8 weeks before the fair to allow time for hotel arrangements, exhibitor research and logistics coordination. Last-minute applications (under 2 weeks before the fair) can sometimes be accommodated at Gold Tier but not typically at Platinum/Diamond level due to the preparation required.
